Rebecca Leppard is a former journalist who cut her marketing teeth in corporate hospitality in Asia 16 years ago. After running magazines and heading up agencies across the region, she relocated to England in 2020, right in the eye of the pandemic. Hundreds of job rejections later, she stopped waiting for permission and built her own thing. She founded Upgrading Women, a marketing and branding agency that helps professional women turn their expertise into visibility, credibility, and profitability beyond their job title. Her clients include corporate lawyers, finance executives, and founders who were brilliant but less known. Now they're publishing books, speaking at TED, and appearing on podcasts, radio, and TV. Rebecca also works as a Fractional CMO across fintech, tradetech, and luxury hospitality. She knows what it takes to build a brand that opens doors, because she had to build hers from nothing, in a market that wasn't designed for her.
